FIXING GRID SETTINGS/STRATEGIES THAT DON'T PERFORM

Consider the following actions:

  1. The bigger the GAP SIZE Setting, the lower the risk of a high open trade drawdown balance as there will be fewer open trades. Consider increasing the GAP SIZE setting.
  2. The bigger the CHANGE GAP BY PERCENTAGE setting, the lower the risk of a high open trade drawdown balance, as there will be fewer open trades. Consider increasing that setting.
  3. If possible, lower the LOT SIZING setting as it will reduce your drawdown if the strategy continues generate poor results.
  4. Reducing the CLOSURE AT PROFIT setting will let the Robot close the basket of open trades sooner. This can reduce risk.
  5. Be aware that over-managing the lowering of risk is most likely to also reduce income or profits, so it is a balancing act.
  6. Review the market for CURRENCY alternatives where other currencies may be trading sideways and might be more suitable
  7. Review the 40 TRADED ACCOUNTS for alternative Strategies.
  8. DON'T PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN 1 BASKET. Trade a balanced portfolio of 5 to 10 Different currencies and strategies. Cent accounts can help create larger portfolios. This balances your risk considerably.
